1. How does the trial membership work?
a. Your trial membership is good for one day, after which it will convert to a full membership.

Technical Issues:
1. The videos won't play
a. Make sure you have the latest version of Windows Media Player installed on your computer, it is available for free here.
2. The webcam is just a black screen.
a. When our girls are offline the webcam will just display a black screen, just check back or note the posted times that they'll be online.
3. The webcam chat doesn't work
